Choose an available time and select Confirm appointment on the final review screen. Your appointment is booked only when the confirmation and reference appear. Selecting a time alone does not reserve it.

All appointment times are Eastern time. For an on-site visit, a JCM team member may arrive at any point within the selected window. This is an arrival window, not a promise that all work will be completed within it.

Choose Electrical Service for a problem that needs troubleshooting or repair. Choose Project Estimate for planned work. A photo-and-video estimate request is sent for review and does not reserve a live appointment. Booking does not establish a final project price or completion date.
